How do I connect my social media channels on the Bluumly app?

In the app, select your profile in the lower left corner and open your account settings. Scroll down to the "Social Media Connections" section and select "Edit Connections".

Can I connect multiple social media accounts?

Yes, you can connect all your social media accounts. In our Free plan, you can connect one account. Upgrading your account allows you to connect and post to and track more accounts, remove Bluumly branding, and access to our in-depth insights and analytics. Compare plans at Bluumly.com/pricing.

Bluumly uses a combination of established best practices and AI-powered analysis to optimize your posting times.

What are Campaigns?

Campaigns are the heart of your social media marketing. You can think of a campaign as a set of posts. So every time you want to promote something, you create a Campaign. Each Campaign will post to whichever Channels you've decided you want to publish to. Campaigns can be edited either at the overall / parent level (if you want to change the text or image on all posts in a Campaign) or at the individual post level (if you want one channel to say something speciffic, like offering a special discount to your Instagram audience).

What is a Channel?

When we say Channel, we're referring to a social media platform. The list of currently supported Channels is: Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Pinterest, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn.

Is Bluumly able to identify the content trends according to my industry?

Can I upload a video to Bluumly?

For the moment we do not support videos.

How does Bluumly create content based on my business?

Bluumly gets the information from a link source that you provide, either a pdf, or a website. We capture the essence of what you want to promote and use your own images. If you want to change what we created, you can always make your own edits.

Can multiple users use the app at the same time?

Right now, every user has direct access to create and post on their connected accounts. If "team" functionality is something you need, please let us know as a Feature Request: bluumly.com/contact
