Can I post to multiple platforms at once?

Yes, when creating your campaign, make sure to select all the platforms you want to post to. Keep in mind that if you are on our Essential plan, you can only connect to one platform. By upgrading to the Pro plan, you will be able to connect to multiple platforms at once.

How do I schedule a post?

The scheduler automatically comes up as the last step of creating a Campaign. You can always schedule a post or Campaign by going to either the Campaign or Schedule section, which can be accessed from the navigation on the left. We recommend using our AI scheduler which automatically selects the best times for each social media Channel, but you you can also set your own custom times.

Can I edit a scheduled post?

As long as it hasn't posted, yes, you can always edit. Your edits are automatically saved.

How do I stop a scheduled post?

Open the scheduled post and select unschedule, or change the scheduled date.

Can I save a draft of my posts?

Once you've generated posts for a Campaign, they are automatically saved in your Campaigns section, which you can access from the upper-left navigation in the app.

How do I preview my posts before they are published?

Yes! Select the Campaign, then select the individual Post and you will be able to see and edit until you have it just the way you want it.

What is the character limit for each platform?

Each platform has different character limits. Bluumly ensures your posts are within the character llimit of each platform so you don't have to worry. If you're editing your posts, we give you a character count as you're writing, so you always know your limits.
